PreviewHere's how to get the most out of your 30 minutes

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

You're booked. Your Proven Format Strategy Call with my team is on [CALL TIME].

Here's your link to join:

It's a 30-minute call. My team will look at where your channel is right now, map out your next 90 days with you, and tell you straight whether the Accelerator is the right fit.

To get the most out of it, have these ready:

  1. Your channel link, if you've started one. If you haven't, that's completely fine.
  2. The niche you're leaning toward, even if you're not sure about it yet.
  3. An honest idea of how many hours a week you can give this.

Over the next few days I'll send you a few emails that answer most of the questions people bring to these calls. That way you can spend your 30 minutes on your channel instead.

The video I filmed when I was 12

PreviewWhy it took me 14 years to figure this out, and why I built a team

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Before you talk to my team, I want you to know the story behind all of this.

I filmed my first YouTube video when I was 12, because I wanted to be a famous YouTuber. It flopped.

At 16 I tried again, and it flopped again.

By 24 I'd been to film school and I had a background in digital marketing. I was certain this time I'd make it, and it failed for the third time.

Ramon resting his head on his keyboard at his desk
From my video about those 14 years

Every time, I figured I just needed to get better at making videos.

So I stopped guessing. I studied the top creators, read every book and took every course I could find, and I started paying attention to what was already working on YouTube instead of what I wanted to make.

That trial and error is what finally changed things. It led to a faceless channel with 20M+ views, a YouTube agency with 20+ clients, and a faceless channel I grew past 100K subscribers and sold.

Then people started asking how I did it. I started breaking down faceless channels on YouTube every week, and I built Faceless YouTube Secrets, which has 800+ members today. I've helped 700+ creators build their channels.

Inside that community I still review members' channels myself. I go through titles and thumbnails, I tell people when a niche isn't going to pay, and every Friday I do it live.

But I kept running into the same wall. With 800+ members, I can't personally check every upload for everyone who needs it. And over and over, I'd watch someone lose months on a niche or a title that one quick review would've caught.

That's why I built the Accelerator with a team. Your channel coach reviews every title, thumbnail and script before it goes live, and I still run Feedback Fridays live every week.

The team you're talking to on [CALL TIME] works from the exact method I've been teaching all along.

Ramon

P.S. I made a full video about those years. It's on my YouTube channel, called “I FAILED AT YOUTUBE FOR 14 YEARS”.

Why faceless YouTube03 / 14

Why faceless YouTube, and why right now

PreviewThe timing most people don't see yet

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Before your call, I want to make the case for the vehicle itself. If you don't believe faceless YouTube can work, nothing my team says on the call is going to matter much.

Here's why I think it's one of the best things you can build on the side right now.

You don't have to be the product.

No face on camera, and you don't even need your own voice. One of my members got monetized in under 60 days without using hers. You can build this next to a job, on a channel nobody knows is yours.

YouTube pays you directly.

Once you're in the YouTube Partner Program, YouTube pays you a share of the ads on your videos. You're not chasing clients or running a store.

Your videos keep working after you post them.

A video you upload this month can keep getting found and watched long after you've moved on to the next one.

The boring niches are wide open.

Most people are still chasing viral content, so the boring niches that are already paying small channels aren't crowded yet.

YouTube is tightening up on AI slop.

That sounds scary, but it's actually the best part of the timing. Channels built on mass-produced AI uploads are getting cut at monetization review. If you learn to use AI properly now, you're on the right side of that line from day one.

None of this is get-rich-quick, and you still have to make the videos. But for someone starting from zero, the vehicle itself is about as good as it gets.

On [CALL TIME], my team will map out what this looks like for your channel specifically.

The method04 / 14

The whole Proven Format Method, written out

PreviewNothing held back for the call. Here's exactly how it works.

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

I don't want you walking into your call wondering how this actually works, so here's the whole method, written out.

How to find a “boring” niche that's already paying small channels

Most people pick a niche they're into. I pick one where small channels are already getting paid.

That means three checks. The niche has a good RPM, so advertisers pay well to reach that audience. Small channels in it are getting outlier views, so the audience is open to new creators. And it's boring enough that most people skip it.

Inside the Accelerator, my team does this part with you. In week one they hand you 3 vetted boring niches from the Viral Niche Library, each with its proven format and 5 outlier videos to model. You lock one on your kickoff call, so you're not spending month one second-guessing yourself.

The Proven Format method for cloning what works without copying a single video

An outlier is a video that does way better than everything else on its channel. On a small channel, that means the topic and the packaging did the work.

You take the format, meaning the angle, the structure, the hook and the style of title and thumbnail, and you rebuild it around your own topic. You never copy the video itself.

That's where your 90-Day Upload Plan comes from. It's 30 videos mapped from real outliers in your niche, in the order you'll make them, so you never sit there wondering what to post next.

How to make AI videos that don't look like AI slop (or get you demonetized)

I script in Claude, starting from the outlier's structure instead of a blank page. ElevenLabs does the voice and CapCut does the edit, and you make the calls the whole way through: the angle, the visuals, the voice settings.

Everyone has the same tools. What separates an AI video YouTube monetizes from AI slop is who's making the decisions.

Before you apply for monetization, my team runs a full review of your channel against YouTube's inauthentic and reused content policies, so you apply once, with confidence.

And the part that ties it all together

Every title, thumbnail and script you make gets reviewed by your channel coach before it goes live, and comes back to you within 48 hours.

That's the piece most people are missing when they try this alone. The method isn't a secret. What's rare is having someone catch the mistake before you post it.

On your call, my team will walk through how each of these steps would look for your niche and your schedule.

What a review from us actually looks like

PreviewA real example from inside my community

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

“You get a coach” can mean almost anything, so I want to show you what feedback actually looks like.

Here's a real one from my community.

One of my members, Abanoub Amin, was about to post the very first video on a brand-new channel, travel tips for people coming to the United States. He shared five title ideas and asked which one I'd click.

Abanoub's five title ideas and Ramon's reply suggesting two versions with more tension
My reply to Abanoub inside Faceless YouTube Secrets

I liked his first one, but it needed more tension, so I sent back two versions. He went with the one that ends “unless you want your visa denied”.

Two days later he posted this:

“…my first video on my new YouTube channel and less than 48 hours, I reach 1000 views…”

That's what your channel coach does inside the Accelerator, on every title, thumbnail and script, before it goes live. You get it back within 48 hours.

And every Friday you can bring your channel to Feedback Fridays, the 90-minute group call where I review members' channels live.

That's what “my team reviewing every step” means in practice. It's lots of small changes, caught before they cost you a video.

Day 2 · objections and proof

I'm a complete beginner06 / 14

“I've never done anything like this before”

PreviewGood. Here's why that's not a problem.

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

If you're brand new to this, you might be worried you'll get on the call and feel out of your depth.

You won't. Plenty of my members started from zero, too.

Here's how one of them, Kevin Ingvallsson, described starting out:

“I'm completely new to the faceless content and have never done anything like this before. However, the past month or two on YouTube have been an incredible learning experience.”

And here's what he said made the difference:

“Ramon is always available and quick to answer any questions. He regularly provides constructive feedback, highlighting both what I'm doing well and areas where I can improve.”

That's what matters most when you're new. You don't need to know more. You need someone telling you what's working and what to fix while it's still early.

Being new is actually an advantage here. You don't have years of bad habits, a niche you're emotionally attached to, or a pile of videos built on the wrong format.

And remember the member who'd already failed with two channels? Starting over didn't hold her back. She got monetized in under 60 days and made $900+ in her first month.

You don't need any experience for your call. Bring the niche you're leaning toward and an honest idea of your week, and my team will take it from there.

I don't have time07 / 14

How many hours a week this really takes

PreviewLess than you'd think, once you stop guessing

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

“I don't have time” is probably the most common reason people put this off. So let's look at what a week inside the Accelerator actually asks of you.

Your 90-Day Upload Plan is 30 videos over 90 days, which works out to two or three a week.

With the AI Production Stack, a finished video takes about an afternoon. That's the script in Claude from your format, the voice in ElevenLabs and the edit in CapCut.

Your coach reviews your title, thumbnail and script whenever you send them and gets them back to you within 48 hours. That happens in the background while you get on with your week.

Feedback Fridays is one 90-minute call a week, live with me.

So a normal week is a couple of afternoons making videos and, if you want it, 90 minutes on a Friday.

What most people don't count is the time that really disappears. It's the hours you spend researching niches you'll end up abandoning, the weekends you lose on videos nobody wanted, and the months you upload before you find out the niche never paid.

That's the part my team cuts out. They hand you the niche in week one and the plan for every video after that.

The application asked how many hours a week you can give your channel. My team plans around your answer, so be honest about it on the call.

Four posts from inside my community

PreviewMonetized, 1,000 subscribers, and two very different first wins

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Short one today. I just want you to see a few things my members have posted.

One of my members, David Charles:

“…my channel is now monetized! It took only two months of hard work, and I'm honestly so thankful.”

Another member, Michael Reynolds, in a post titled “Omg I finally surpassed 1,000 subscribers”:

“Yes I finally did it now I just need to get my watch hours up to make a bit of money”

Another member, Lisa Kelly, after I suggested a viral title and thumbnail for her kids channel:

“From having vids with 2 views to 1k views.”

And another member, Zetiandolla Ngo, who'd been on and off YouTube and changed niches so many times:

“Faceless win. 2 day 3.8k view and 21 sub… No ads, just value… and it really works.”

These are the kinds of posts I get to read every week, and they're the reason I do this.

Inside the Accelerator, you're not one voice in a community of 800+. You get your own channel coach for the whole 90 days.

Ramon

P.S. When my team asks what you want your channel to hit in 90 days, think about which of these posts you'd most like to be writing.

The AI question09 / 14

Is this going to get my channel demonetized?

PreviewWhere YouTube actually draws the line on AI

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

If you've spent any time around faceless YouTube, you've heard the horror stories about channels getting demonetized and AI channels getting turned down at review.

I take this seriously. I've made whole videos on it, including one where I studied 100+ demonetized channels and another on 9 ways to get demonetized in 2026.

Here's where YouTube actually draws the line.

YouTube doesn't turn channels down for using AI. It turns down content it sees as inauthentic or reused: videos mass-produced from a template, uploads that all look and sound the same, or someone else's content with nothing real added.

That's AI slop, and yes, those channels are getting cut.

The AI channels that get monetized look different. The script starts from a proven format, not from “write me a video about X”. The voice is chosen and tuned for that channel. Someone picks every visual. And every video gives viewers something they already want, in a way that's actually its own.

Inside the Accelerator, two safeguards are built in for exactly this.

First, the AI Production Stack. My prompts, voice settings and edit templates are built so the decisions stay yours, which is what keeps your videos from reading as AI.

Second, the monetization review. Before you apply to the YouTube Partner Program, my team checks your whole channel against the inauthentic and reused content policies. You don't apply until it's ready, so you apply once.

And the member I keep coming back to, the one who'd failed twice, built her channel with AI and without her own voice. She was monetized in under 60 days.

If you've got a specific worry about your niche or your style of video, bring it to the call. My team would much rather answer it there than have it sitting in the back of your mind.

I've bought courses before

PreviewFair. Here's what's different, and what happens if it doesn't work.

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

You might have bought a YouTube course before, maybe more than one. You watched most of it, felt fired up for a week, and then you were on your own again with a channel that still wasn't working.

If that's you, being careful is the right call. So here's what's different.

A course hands you information and leaves the rest to you. In the Accelerator, my team works on your actual channel with you.

Your niche gets picked with you in week one, instead of you watching a module about how to pick one. Every title, thumbnail and script gets reviewed before it goes live. And your whole channel gets checked against YouTube's policies before you apply.

Then there's the guarantee.

Upload the 30 videos on your plan inside 90 days. If your channel isn't in the YouTube Partner Program by day 90, my team keeps coaching you one-to-one, at no cost, until you're monetized.

That puts the risk where it belongs. If you do the work and it doesn't happen, we keep going with you.

As for the investment, my team covers that on the call. It depends on where your channel is today and how much support you want, so they set it with you instead of quoting one number for everyone.

One of my members, Kathleen Mathew, wrote this after she stopped trying to do everything alone:

“The real breakthrough came when I decided to stop guessing and get proper guidance.”

On [CALL TIME], you're not deciding whether to buy more information. You're deciding whether you want someone guiding you on your actual channel.

What your first 90 days actually look like

PreviewWeek by week, including the part where it feels slow

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

I'd rather you hear the honest version now than get surprised later. So here's how the 90 days are built.

Week 1

It starts with your kickoff call. My team brings you 3 vetted boring niches, each with its proven format and 5 outlier videos, and you lock one in.

Weeks 2 to 4

Your first uploads go live, straight from your 90-Day Upload Plan, with your coach reviewing every title, thumbnail and script first. This stretch can feel slow, because a brand-new channel has no subscribers yet and YouTube is still figuring out who to show it to.

Month 2

You find out which formats are working for your channel, and you make more of them. That's what one of my members, Abdullah Saleem, did once a video passed 1k views: “…i just ideated more videos based on that video thumbnail & title stretegy so gonna double down on that”

Month 3

You keep uploading through the plan. Once you're close to 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours, my team runs your monetization review before you apply.

Day 90

The goal is your channel in the YouTube Partner Program. The member who'd failed twice got there in under 60 days, and one of my members, David Charles, posted that his took two months. Some channels take longer, and that's exactly why the guarantee exists.

What I can't promise is that every video works. Some won't, and that's normal. The point of the plan and the reviews is that you learn from each one instead of guessing at the next.

On the call, my team will map these 90 days around your niche and your schedule.

Preview30 minutes, three parts, and a straight answer

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Your call's coming up on [CALL TIME], so I want you to know exactly how it goes.

It's 30 minutes with my team, in three parts.

First, where you're at

They'll ask about your channel, the niche you're leaning toward, what you've tried before and how much time you really have. There are no wrong answers, and honest ones make the rest of the call far more useful.

Second, your 90 days

They'll map out what the next 90 days would look like for you: the niche, the plan and where the reviews come in. Even if you never join, you'll leave with a clearer picture of what to do next.

Third, whether it's a fit

If it looks like the Accelerator can get you there, they'll walk you through how it works and the investment, and help you pick the right level of support. If it's not a fit, they'll tell you straight and point you to a better place to start, like my community, Faceless YouTube Secrets.

Nobody's going to pressure you. My team's job is to figure out whether we can actually help you, and since we only take 20 new members a month, we're picky about it too.

One more thing. If you'd normally make a decision like this with your partner, invite them to join the call. It's a lot easier than trying to explain it all afterward.
