Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Thanks for spending 90 minutes with me today. I know how much is fighting for your time, and you stayed.

Here's everything you saw, in one place:

  1. How to find a “boring” niche that's already paying small channels
  2. The Proven Format method for cloning what works without copying a single video
  3. How to make AI videos that don't look like AI slop (or get you demonetized)

Right now that's all fresh in your head.

And this is the moment most people lose it. They close the tab, go back to their week, and a month from now they're still deciding on a niche.

If you'd rather have my team checking every step with you, that's what The Proven Format Accelerator is for. It's built around one promise: your first monetized faceless channel in 90 days, with my team reviewing every step.

The application is seven quick questions. If it looks like a fit, you'll pick a time to talk it through with my team.

We take 20 new members a month, because my team reviews every channel by hand.

The part of the class I'd rewatch first

PreviewIf you only rewatch one section, make it this one

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

If you only rewatch one part of yesterday's class, make it the outlier section.

Here's the short version.

An outlier is a video that does way better than everything else on its channel. When that happens on a small channel, the subscribers didn't do it. The topic and the packaging did.

So you don't copy that video. You keep its format, meaning the angle, the structure, the hook and the style of title and thumbnail, and you rebuild it around your own topic.

That's how your first upload gets demand behind it, instead of sitting at 2 views while you wonder what you did wrong.

The replay's up until Sunday at midnight PT:

And if you'd rather do this with my team checking every title, thumbnail and script before it goes live, here's the application:

P.S. It's Friday, so I'm running Feedback Friday inside my community today, reviewing members' channels live. Inside the Accelerator you get that every week, plus a coach checking every upload in between.

“I almost gave up on YouTube”

PreviewOne of my members posted this, and I think you need to read it

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

One of my members, Kathleen Mathew, posted this in my community. She titled it “I almost gave up on YouTube until I stopped trying to do everything alone”.

I'll let her tell it:

“When I first started my YouTube journey, I thought making good videos would be enough. I spent hours scripting, editing, and uploading... but the views barely moved.”

“I thought the problem was my content but I later realized it was my strategy.”

“The real breakthrough came when I decided to stop guessing and get proper guidance.”

“The views barely moved.” That was me at 12, at 16 and again at 24.

You might be thinking, “I've got the method now, I'll just do it myself.”

And you can. I did it myself, and it took me 14 years.

The method isn't the hard part. The hard part is that when you're doing it alone, nobody tells you your title needs more tension, or that the niche you just picked has no small channels earning in it, until months have gone by.

That's what my team does inside the Accelerator. Every title, thumbnail and script gets reviewed before it goes live, and you get it back within 48 hours.

Kathleen finished her post with this:

“If you're grinding on YouTube and not seeing results, I get it. I was there too and trust me, the right guidance can save you months of frustration.”

If that sounds like you, apply here and my team will look at your channel with you:

The replay comes down tonight

PreviewAnd why we only take 20 new members a month

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Quick heads-up. The replay of Thursday's class comes down tonight at midnight PT.

If you've been meaning to rewatch it, now's the time.

And if you've already watched it and you know you want help, I'd apply today rather than next week.

We only take 20 new members into The Proven Format Accelerator each month. That limit comes from how the program runs. My team reviews every title, thumbnail and script by hand, and past 20 new members a month the reviews would start getting slower, which defeats the whole point.

When a month's spots are gone, the next ones open the month after.

And starting tomorrow, you'll get the 5-day breakdown I mentioned in this morning's email.

It's about 90 minutes. If you're short on time, start with the niche research near the beginning. That's the exact search I run to spot boring niches that are already paying small channels, before making a single video.

Stay to the end, too. Everyone who stayed live got The Outlier-to-Script Prompt Pack, and it's waiting at the end of the replay as well.

Day 1 · The niche09 / 13

Day 1: Start where the money already is

PreviewWhy I never start with what I'm into

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Welcome to day 1.

If I were starting a faceless channel from zero today, this is the first thing I'd do: pick the niche before anything else, and pick it the opposite way most people do.

Most people start with what they enjoy. They find a topic they're into and start uploading, and six months later they're switching niches because nothing's working.

I start with where small channels are already getting paid. Every niche has to pass three checks.

1. It has to pay well per view.

Remember RPM, what you earn for every 1,000 views. It changes a lot from niche to niche, because some audiences are worth much more to advertisers than others.

2. Small channels have to be winning in it.

If the only channels earning in a niche have millions of subscribers, that tells you nothing about your chances. I want to see small channels getting outlier views and getting paid, because that means the audience is open to new creators.

3. It has to be boring enough that most people skip it.

Topics like history, aviation, food rankings and health science don't sound exciting, and nobody brags about making those videos. That's exactly why they're still open while everyone else chases viral.

If a niche passes all three, you lock it in. Then you stop asking yourself every week whether you picked the right one.

Tomorrow's day 2, and it's about what actually gets your first videos clicked.

Day 2 · The format10 / 13

Day 2: Clone the format, never the video

PreviewHow one of my members went from 2 views to 1k

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Day 2 is the Proven Format method.

Everyone starting out thinks they need an original idea. You don't. The audience has already told you what it wants to watch, through outlier videos.

Quick recap: an outlier is a video that does way better than everything else on its channel. On a small channel, that means the topic and the packaging did the work, not the subscriber count.

Here's what you take from an outlier:

  • The angle, the specific promise the video makes
  • The structure, how it opens and how it keeps people watching
  • The packaging, the style of the title and the thumbnail

And here's what you never take: the video itself. Copying someone's script, footage or edit is reused content, and that's one of the fastest ways to get turned down at monetization review.

You keep the format and change the topic.

One of my members, Lisa Kelly, had a kids channel with videos stuck at 2 views. I suggested a viral title and thumbnail for her to adapt, and here's what she posted after:

“From having vids with 2 views to 1k views.”

Once a format works for you, you make more of it. Another member, Abdullah Saleem, put it like this after his video passed 1k views:

“…i just ideated more videos based on that video thumbnail & title stretegy so gonna double down on that”

That's how a channel stops being a guessing game.

Tomorrow's day 3, and it's all about the money: how a channel actually gets paid, and what guessing really costs you.

Ramon

Day 3: What guessing actually costs you

PreviewThe expensive part of faceless YouTube isn't the tools

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Day 3 is about money, both sides of it.

How you get paid

Once your channel has 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 public watch hours in the last 12 months, you can apply to the YouTube Partner Program. Get approved and YouTube starts paying you a share of the ad revenue on your videos.

How much you earn per 1,000 views, your RPM, depends a lot on your niche. That's why day 1 was all about picking it.

And AdSense is only the start. A monetized channel can add affiliate links that fit the niche, sponsorships from brands in it, and eventually a digital product of its own.

The member I talked about in the class, the one who'd failed with two channels, made over $900 in her very first month. And one of my members, David Charles, posted this:

“…my channel is now monetized! It took only two months of hard work, and I'm honestly so thankful.”

What it costs

The tools aren't the expensive part. I use Claude, ElevenLabs and CapCut, and none of them are what hold people back.

The expensive part is time spent guessing.

A niche that doesn't pay costs you every video you make in it. A format nobody wanted costs you weeks of uploads at 2 views. And every time you switch niches, you're back to zero subscribers.

I know, because I paid that cost for 14 years.

Tomorrow's day 4, and I'm answering the three big questions: is faceless YouTube saturated, is YouTube about to ban AI channels, and can you just do this on your own.

Ramon

Day 7 · Thursday morning

Day 4 · Big questions12 / 13

Day 4: Isn't faceless YouTube saturated?

PreviewPlus the AI question and the do-it-yourself question

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

It's day 4, and these are the three questions I get the most once people understand the method.

“Isn't faceless YouTube saturated by now?”

The niches everyone talks about are saturated, like motivation and whatever every “YouTube automation” video tells you to copy.

The boring niches aren't, because most people are still chasing viral. That's the whole reason I teach people to start there.

“Isn't YouTube about to ban AI channels?”

YouTube's tightening up on AI slop, and honestly, that's good news for you. Channels built on mass-produced, look-alike uploads are getting cut at monetization review.

Channels where someone's actually making the decisions, building from a proven format, tuning the voice and picking the visuals, are a completely different thing. If anything, the crackdown clears out the slop and leaves more room for people doing it properly.

“Can't I just do this on my own?”

Yes. Everything in the class is real, and you can do it alone.

I did it alone, and it took me 14 years. The method wasn't what slowed me down. It was that nobody ever checked my work, so nobody told me the niche was wrong or the title had no tension until months had gone by.

So the real question isn't whether you can do it alone. It's how long you're willing to let it take.

Tomorrow's the last day. I'll show you exactly how my team and I can help, if you want to do this with us.

Day 5: If you want my team in your corner

PreviewHow The Proven Format Accelerator works

Ramon Acevedoto {FIRST NAME}

Hey {FIRST NAME},

This is the last day. Over the past four emails we've covered the niche, the format, the money and the big questions.

If you're going to do this on your own, you've got everything you need, and I mean that.

If you'd rather have my team checking every step, here's how The Proven Format Accelerator works. The goal is your first monetized faceless channel in 90 days, with my team reviewing every step.

Week 1

My team hands you 3 vetted boring niches from the Viral Niche Library, each with its proven format and 5 outlier videos to model. You lock one on your kickoff call.

Your plan

30 videos mapped from real outliers in your niche, so you always know what's next.

Every upload

Your own channel coach reviews every title, thumbnail and script before it goes live, and gets it back to you within 48 hours.

Production

My prompts, voice settings and edit templates for Claude, ElevenLabs and CapCut, so a finished video takes an afternoon and doesn't read as AI.

Before you apply

A full check of your channel against YouTube's inauthentic and reused content policies, so you apply once, with confidence.

Every Friday

Feedback Fridays, a live 90-minute group call where I review members' channels.

Beyond AdSense

The affiliate, sponsorship and digital product playbook, so ads aren't your only income.

And there's a guarantee. Upload the 30 videos on your plan inside 90 days. If your channel isn't in the YouTube Partner Program by day 90, my team keeps coaching you one-to-one at no cost until you're monetized.

We take 20 new members a month, because every channel gets reviewed by hand.

If that sounds right, the application is seven quick questions. If your answers look like a fit, you'll pick a time for a call with my team. They'll look at where your channel is, map your next 90 days with you, and tell you straight whether the Accelerator makes sense for you.

And if it's not for you, no problem at all. Keep the method, keep the prompt pack, and keep going.

Ramon

P.S. One of my members, Kathleen Mathew, wrote that “the right guidance can save you months of frustration.” That's what this is for.
